Scene Designer
 

Alex is thrilled to be joining Crane River Theater as a designer and technician! Currently, he attends Doane University, where he is pursuing a BA in Theatre, with emphases in Scenic Design and Directing. Starting at Verdigre High School, Alex began performing in shows and wrote the play PAN: Darkness in Neverland for his senior-year one-act production. Coming into college, he was introduced to technical theatre and began pursuing design opportunities. His favorite credits include his costume design for Urban Jungle and his scenic design for A Streetcar Named Desire, for which he won 1st Place Regional Scenic Design and the Stagecraft Institute of Las Vegas Award at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Region 5 Competition in 2017.
