Ashley graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in K-12 Music Education. Currently, she is in her ninth year of teaching and is the 5-12 Vocal Music Director for Holdrege Public Schools in Holdrege, NE. She directs the 5th and 6th Grade Honor Choir, 7th and 8th Grade Chorus, Mixed Chorus, Women’s Ensemble, Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, and Gold Dust Show Choir. In addition, Ashley is the High School Musical Director. This is Ashley’s 5th season with Crane River Theater Company. Previous credits include The Mayor’s Wife in Seussical, Mama Shrek, Mama Bear and a Dragonette in Shrek the Musical, Kala in Tarzan and Glinda in The Wizard of Oz. She has also served as musical director for many shows including: Grease, Footloose, Tarzan, and The Wizard of Oz. Ashley resides in Holdrege and plans to get married to her fiancé, Travis, in October of 2017.
