Ashley graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in K-12 Music Education. Currently, she is in her tenth year of teaching and is the 5-12 Vocal Music Director for Holdrege Public Schools in Holdrege, NE. She directs the 5th and 6th Grade Honor Choir, 7th and 8th Grade Chorus, Mixed Chorus, Women’s Ensemble, Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, and Gold Dust Show Choir. In addition, Ashley is the High School Musical Director. This is Ashley’s 6th season with Crane River Theater Company. Previous credits include The Mayor’s Wife in Seussical, Mama Shrek, Mama Bear and a Dragonette in Shrek the Musical, Kala in Tarzan and Glinda in The Wizard of Oz. She has also served as musical director for many shows including: Grease, Footloose, Tarzan, The Wizard of Oz, and The Little Mermaid. Ashley resides in Holdrege and recently married her husband, Travis, in October 2017.
