Homegrown here in Kearney, Eric began his acting career with illustrious roles such as shepherd or little boy in various church Christmas plays. Now he serves locally as pastor in a couple of rural churches. Theatre and storytelling remain important to him. Some of his favorite performances over the years have been as Jeffrey in Godspell, Hopeful in Pilgrim’s Progress, and a muleteer in Man of La Mancha. Eric is delighted to work in his third season with Crane River Theater with his daughter, Charis. In his free time, Eric hangs out with his wife Andrea and three kids, Caleb, Charis, and Josiah. “I love the truth of the human experience as it’s discovered through theatre and storytelling and the search for beauty and goodness – pursuits that find their ultimate expression in God, who created them.”
