Toby is a recent graduate of the University of Memphis, graduating with a BFA in musical theatre and is so excited to be apart of Crane River Theater’s summer season! Some past college work of his includes Mathew Harrison Brady in Inherit the Wind, Jeremy in Be More Chill, and Mr. Marks in Intimate Apparel, all of which he won Ostrander Awards for Best Leading Actor in a Play, Best Leading Actor in a Musical and Best Supporting Actor in a Play. Some professional credits include Ensemble and Quasimodo u/s in Cumberland County Playhouse’s production Hunchback of Notre Dame and Jack Kelly in Camille Playhouse’s production of Newsies. Toby was also recently honored with the Creative Achievement Award at the University of Memphis for his work and dedication to the arts.
