Scenic Charge Artist

 

Valentine grew up in Southern Louisiana, and their career in art began early, winning awards in grade school for writing and artwork. They attended Northwestern State University, during which they were Scenic Designer for Two Rooms, and was awarded Excellence in Scenic Design by KCACTF. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Valentine began their graduate education at The University of Alabama. They were the Scenic Designer for Intimate Apparel, Charge Artist for The Servant of Two Masters, and both positions for I Gelosi. Valentine graduated UA in 2020 with a Master’s of Fine Arts in Theatre, and has been freelancing as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator.
