Jake is a Pennsylvania-based designer, technical director, and technician for plays, musicals, and live events. His experience working for over a decade in the professional and academic sectors of live events has afforded him opportunities to engage with a wide array of individuals that represent a diverse spectrum of identities, backgrounds, and beliefs. From this experience, he has cultivated a calm and receptive disposition that heavily emphasizes effective communication, patient understanding, and collaborative effort. In addition to his design and technical career, Jake is a model-making hobbyist, dinosaur aficionado, and a tremendous enthusiast of all things sci-fi and/or fantasy. He looks forward to playing more tabletop games with his darling wife, Haley, and chasing around his dog Mace, who — it’s important to share — is a very, very good boy.
