Brittany is a Nebraska native and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Performance from the University of Lincoln-Nebraska. During that time, she performed, directed and designed for the University, Lincoln Community Playhouse and Rough Magic productions. After graduating, Brittany moved to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to accept a job as the Wardrobe Mistress at the Fulton Opera House (the oldest continuously-operating theatre in the United States). She has performed at the Fulton Theatre in the notable roles of Tracy in Hairspray, Cha Cha in Greaseand Miss Flannery in Thoroughly Modern Millie. She has worked in performance and costume design for The Creative Works of Lancaster, Three’s Company Productions in New York City, and The Phoenix Metropolitan Opera. She is thrilled to be returning to Kearney’s Crane River Theatre Company to costume another show with her wonderful & dear friend Steve Barth and also work with her fiancée, Lighting Designer Brian McKee.
