Colin is thrilled to be making his Crane River Theater debut! Kearney audiences may recognize him as Ned Ryerson in Kearney Community Theatre’s recent production of Groundhog Day. Favorite roles include Oliver Warbucks in Annie, the title role in Sweeney Todd, R.P. McMurphy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, King Arthur in Spamalot, and the Baker in Into the Woods. An Air Force brat who claims Omaha as home, Colin earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Music Education from Hastings College. He later spent several years in Kansas City performing and music directing with the KC Improv Company. Since returning to Nebraska, he has remained active as an actor, director, musician, and youth theatre director. Away from the stage, Colin enjoys video and audio production and serving as a very busy jungle gym for his three children, Layla, Elinor, and Henry. He sends his deepest thanks to Anna, the kids, and the friends and family whose support makes all of this possible.
