Sound Technician

Living in Broken Bow, Colten graduated from Broken Bow high school in May of 2017. He has played trombone since 5th grade and dove deeper into the fine arts once he reached high school. In high school, Colten held lead roles in one act, attended honor bands, and consistently placed at speech competitions. He discovered his love of music during his junior year of high school and has decided to pursue a degree in music education at Wayne State College. Colten also enjoys hands on and technical activities, and was the president of his school’s robotics team this year. When his local church needed a volunteer audio and video technician, Colten volunteered and has been helping every Sunday for four years now. He is a member of student council, National Honor Society, and Tri-M, and captain of the quiz bowl team. Colten would like to give special thanks to Harley Mohlman, Bill Reichert, and Wheeler Walz for inspiring him musically and pushing him to greater heights.
