Acting Out – Elementary Arts Outreach

Acting Out is Crane River Theater’s elementary arts outreach program, in partnership with Kearney Public Schools. Crane River Theater directors will go into the classroom and work directly with students and music educators to show them the magic of theatre. Through interactive activities, kids are exposed to the world of theater and realize just how fun it can be!

To date, we have educated nearly 2,400 students in Kearney elementary schools. In Spring of 2021, we’ll be attending all ten of Kearney’s elementary schools VIRTUALLY to work with the entire K-2nd grade enrollment in the district.

We look forward to visiting 3rd-5th grade students in the fall.

Thank you to BD Construction and Trius Federal Credit Union for their support of our Acting Out Elementary Arts Outreach.
