Crane River Theater will be using E-tickets for this performance. You should have received your tickets as a PDF file with your order confirmation email.

Simply print your E-tickets and bring them to the performance, or have them ready to show on your mobile device. These will be scanned as you enter the theater.

If you are unable to access your E-tickets or did not receive a confirmation email, please call our office at 308-627-5796.

Frozen will be performed at the Merryman Performing Arts Center, located at 225 West 22nd Street, Kearney, NE 68845. The venue has a large parking lot located off of 22nd Street.

The lobby opens one hour prior to the performance, and the house opens 30 minutes before the performance.

We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking, ticket scanning, and finding your seats.

Frozen runs approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including one intermission.

We will have concessions available for purchase during intermission. Both cash and debit/credit cards are accepted.

No food or drink is allowed inside the house.

Updated Terms & Conditions for Walt Disney World Resort Stay Giveaway

1. Sponsor & Donor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Crane River Theater (“Sponsor”), a registered non‑profit organization located in Kearney, NE, and supported by a personal lodging donation from Ryan Wuellner (“Donor”). The Donor is providing the Prize described below as a private, non‑commercial contribution.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members, volunteers directly involved in administering the Promotion, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on July 20, 2026 and ends on July 28, 2026. All qualifying entries—whether paid or free—must be postmarked during this period to be eligible.

5. Paid Entry (Ticket Purchase)

Each ticket purchased for “Frozen” during the Promotion Period automatically grants the purchaser two (2) entries into the drawing. Multiple tickets may be purchased, and each ticket grants two entries.

To comply with Nebraska sweepstakes law, a free method of entry (“AMOE”) is available.

Individuals may enter without purchasing a ticket by submitting one (1) free entry per person during the Promotion Period using one of the following methods:

In‑Person Entry

Submit a free entry form at the theater box office during regular business hours.

Equal Odds

Each individual entry—paid or free—has an equal chance of being selected. Odds are equal per entry, not per person.

5. Prize Description

The Prize consists of a 5-7 night stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. The room included in the Prize will accommodate a maximum of four (4) or five (5) guests, depending on the specific resort hotel and room category assigned to the reservation. Maximum occupancy limits are established by the resort, room type, and applicable fire and safety codes. These limits are strict, non‑negotiable, and cannot be increased under any circumstances.

The Prize includes lodging only. It does not include park tickets, transportation, meals, upgrades, incidentals, or any other expenses.

The Donor retains control of the reservation until the stay is completed. Dates must be mutually agreed upon and are subject to:

• Resort availability
• Blackout dates
• Donor’s existing reservation constraints
• Walt Disney World policies

The Prize is non‑transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold or exchanged.

6. Disney Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Destinations, LLC, or any of their affiliates. Disney is not a sponsor of this Promotion.

7. Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The Approximate Retail Value varies depending on the dates selected, but the average ARV is hereby estimated to be $4,800.

8. Reservation Deadline

The Winner must select travel dates no later than August 31, 2026, and travel must commence between March 1, 2027 and February 28, 2028.

Failure to select dates by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

9. Taxes

The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize.

10. Nature of the Prize

The Prize is a personal donation from the Donor. The Donor may modify the reservation as needed to comply with Disney policies or unforeseen circumstances. If the resort becomes unavailable, the Donor may substitute a comparable Walt Disney World Resort stay at their discretion.

Neither the Sponsor nor the Donor is responsible for:

• Resort closures
• Weather events
• Acts of God
• Operational disruptions
• Disney policy changes

11. Winner Selection & Verification

One Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on July 28, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.

The Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 72 hours. If the Winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate Winner may be selected.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the Prize. Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification.

12. Fraud

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent means, or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.

13. Winner Responsibilities

The Winner is responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal information for the reservation
• Complying with all Walt Disney World Resort rules
• Any incidental charges, damages, or additional fees
• Transportation to and from the resort
• Any required identification or documentation

Failure to comply with resort policies may result in cancellation without replacement.

14. Limitations & Restrictions

The Prize may not be used for commercial purposes or resale. The Winner may not request cash compensation or alternative prizes. The Donor and Sponsor may deny date requests falling during peak seasons or blackout periods.

The Winner may be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming understanding of Prize limitations and liability responsibilities.

15. Liability Release

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:

• The Sponsor
• The Donor
• Their officers, directors, volunteers, employees, and agents

from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in the Promotion
• Acceptance or use of the Prize
• Travel to or from the resort
• Experiences during the stay

Neither the Sponsor nor the Donor guarantees specific amenities, experiences, or availability.

16. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the theater and the Promotion, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Promotion and facilitating the Prize. Information will not be sold or shared beyond what is necessary to complete the reservation.

18. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity. If cancellation occurs, no Prize will be awarded.

19. Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any legal action relating to this Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Buffalo County, Nebraska. Entrants waive any right to participate in any class action arising from this Promotion.

20. Acceptance

By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.
